Before you begin

Only authorized email contacts can receive automatic email follow-up. The sending configuration controls timing; it does not replace customer consent.

Set your schedule

  1. Open Settings and select Company to confirm the company timezone.
  2. Open Settings → Sending to choose the start and end of the daily sending window and whether weekends are allowed.
  3. Save your changes. Check the next eligible time on a quote or sequence before relying on a scheduled send.

Preferred times in sequences

A sequence step can also have its own preferred time of day. QuoteFollow first waits the selected minutes, hours, days, or weeks, then looks for the next eligible local time inside the workspace sending rules. A preferred time outside the allowed window is adjusted to an eligible window. It is a preference, not a promise that delivery happens at an exact minute.

If sending is paused

Check the workspace sending setup, active sequence, email address, consent, quote status, and any delivery issue shown in the product. Do not turn on sending just to bypass a reply or opt-out. See delivery troubleshooting.
